1. Shipping Timeline: We will ship your prepaid order within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp for your convenience.
2. Pre-Order Products: Certain products are available on a pre-order basis. For these, the tentative shipping time is mentioned under the description tab on the product page itself.
3. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
4. Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 7-8 working business days.
5. Refund Deduction: In case of product return, a shipping cost of 100 INR will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns are accepted if you receive a damaged product or products with major issues in basic making processes like stitching work.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Customized orders
• Tailored fit orders
• Slight color variations for dyed pieces
• Slight design variations for handmade products
• Sizing issue
• You received a product you did not like

Customers will have to bear shipping charges for both dispatch and pickup for the exchange process. In case the sizing issue is from our end, we arrange both pickup and delivery. This is verified upon receiving the garment back, and any dispatch shipping amounts are refunded as gift cards/store credits to customers.

Refunds are applicable when:

• You received a damaged product
• A product has gone out of stock and your order was cancelled
• COD order cancellations are done within 30 minutes of placing your order online

You can opt for either receiving the full refund in your original mode of payment or as a gift card/store credits, which you can use for a future purchase with Farda. Store credits have no expiration.
