Processing Time: 2–4 business days (to prepare your order for shipping).

Delivery Time: Typically 7–10 business days after dispatch. In rare cases (e.g., high demand or fabric sourcing delays), this may extend slightly. We’ll notify you if delays arise. You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once shipped.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Complaints, claims, or queries regarding damages, mis-delivery, or incorrectly marked deliveries must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery or delivery attempt for any investigation to be undertaken. Please write to us at synergyclothing2025@gmail.com to raise any such request. Claims raised after 3 days of the date of delivery or delivery attempt will not be entertained.

Size exchange policy:

We offer product replacements of the same style and not across style. We offer a free first-size exchange on every item in your order. To initiate a exchange:

1. Contact us at synergyclothing2025@gmail.com with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, product name, current size, and requested size.

3. Items must be in their original condition with tags intact and unused.

4. After your first free exchange, additional size exchanges will incur the standard fee of ₹100 fee per item.

Returns:

We offer a 48-hour no-questions-asked returns! To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at  synergyclothing2025@gmail.com with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order. No returns raised after this window will be processed.

2. Include your order number, product name, and contact details in the mail.

3. Items must be in their original condition and include all labels. Items must be in an unused, unwashed, and unaltered state.

4. The cost of the return request is ₹ 100 per item, which will be deducted

Returns are not accepted for:

• Customized orders(e.g., personalized sizing or design).

• The item was purchased at a discounted sale price

• Slight colour variations for dyed pieces

• The item was not returned in its original condition (with tags intact, unused, and unaltered).

Return pickup attempts:

• Return pickups will be attempted within 2–4 business days from the date of the request.

• A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made.

• Service availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area. Return shipping instructions:

• Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.

• Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

• Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Refund Timeline:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed and credited within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds are applicable when:

• You received a damaged product

• A product has gone out of stock and your order was cancelled

• Damage or wrong product

You can opt for either receiving the full refund in your original mode of payment
